I had a lovely stay here! The breakfast was incredible with a variety of pastries and even a chance to boil your own eggs. I also appreciated the jam gift upon arrival. The only downside was the tiny elevator! I would definitely come back if I visit again.

i was almost ready to praise the warm reception, but then the AC barely worked during the heat wave, and needless to say, the tea I ordered took an eternity! I was expecting complimentary snacks for my troubles but guess I’m not that important. won't be recommeding this place anytime soon!

The location is perfect for exploring Genoa. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, and the breakfast was an excellent value with plenty of local options.

Be prepared for a few stairs at the entrance, which can be tricky with heavy luggage. There was no assistance offered during our arrival and departure.

Staying at this hotel with my four kids was great! The location is fantastic, being just a short stroll from the Aquarium of Genoa and the Old Port. The breakfast was superb, and we appreciated the helpful advice from the staff about nearby attractions.

I stayed in a Single Room, Non Smoking for 3 nights, and it was really comfy. The bed was a dream, and the bathroom was huge with great amenities. Super clean everywhere! Plus, having a fridge in the room was such a nice touch. I loved enjoying fresh pastries and coffee available throughout the day. Just a heads up, the rooms aren’t massive, but they’re cozy enough for a short stay.

Had a lovely single room with a private bathroom and bidet. Air conditioning was a lifesaver, kept it nice and cool. I enjoyed a tea/coffee maker, minibar, and flat-screen TV. The staff was super helpful here. Breakfast had fresh focaccia and yogurt. Clean atmosphere throughout. Totally great value for what you get!
